After interviewing five painting companies, Phase II Board of Managers of the Woods at Rhinebeck selected O & R Painting, Inc.

From our initial interview with Ed Ward, owner and operator of O & R, to the completion of the project, Ed and everyone on his crew showed professionalism, courtesy and concern for the project. Also, Ed and his crew were here daily and on time.

This was an enormous task, which included wood siding repair, roof flashing repair, power-washing, scraping and staining of 69 units in 12 buildings. The crew even removed items from decks when residents were not able to do so.

Care was taken to cover landscaping, walkways and windows.

Two coats of stain were applied, first brushing all seams and then rolling flat surfaces.

Many residents throughout the process remarked about the professionalism, courtesy and quality of the work.

In addition, communication between Ed, his crew and the Board of Managers was excellent.

We whole-heartedly recommend O & R Painting, Inc. to anyone looking for high-quality work with courteous, uniformed employees.

We hired O & R to repair and paint our Condo development in Rhinebeck. The job was a large job that would take all of late spring, summer and early fall. Their rates were competitive with other local painters. We, the board of Directors and the residents, were not only impressed with the workmanship but the friendly professionalism they maintained throughout the entire job (beginning to end). Ed and his crew were on the job each morning on time and notified us if the weather prohibited them from doing their job.

I have since moved out of state and only wish that we could find another outfit as thorough and complete as O & R for our new home here.

My name is Melody Bruno and I am a resident in the town of Newburgh. I have used O & R Painting for several jobs in my home. My first experience was in 2008 when my home sustained damage from a leak in my roof. I called the company and spoke to Mr. Edward Ward. He was professional, courteous and warm. When he entered my home I explained the importance of finishing the job in a timely fashion due to a dinner party that I was having. Mr. Ward was very understanding of my situation and he rearranged his schedule to accommodate my problem. When the men arrived they were all in uniform and completely identifiable. They were courteous and professional. I was especially impressed with the clean up job that the crew performed before they left my home.
