From our initial interview with Ed Ward, owner and operator of O & R, to the completion of the project, Ed and everyone on his crew showed professionalism, courtesy and concern for the project. Also, Ed and his crew were here daily and on time. This was an enormous task, which included wood siding repair, roof flashing repair, power-washing, scraping and staining of 69 units in 12 buildings. The crew even removed items from decks when residents were not able to do so. Care was taken to cover landscaping, walkways and windows. Two coats of stain were applied, first brushing all seams and then rolling flat surfaces. Many residents throughout the process remarked about the professionalism, courtesy and quality of the work."
